What this is

TechTips Publisher is a private tool operated by Hoang Mirs. It renders slide images for the TikTok channel @techtipsvn and places them in the operator's own TikTok drafts through TikTok's Content Posting API.

Who may use it

Only the operator. The application is not offered to the public, has no registration, and accepts no other TikTok account. There is no service provided to any third party, and therefore no agreement is formed with anyone else by reading this page.

What it does with TikTok

It requests the video.upload permission and no other.
It uploads content only as a draft. Nothing is published to the profile by the application. The operator reviews each draft in the TikTok app and publishes it there, by hand.
It does not read, modify, or delete existing content on the account.

Content

All content the application uploads is written and produced by the operator, who is responsible for it and warrants that it is their own. Published posts remain subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Acceptable use

The application is not used to automate engagement, to post on behalf of any other person, to scrape TikTok, or to circumvent any TikTok limit or protection. Its only capability is placing the operator's own drafts into the operator's own account.

Availability and warranty

The application is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It may stop working at any time, and it may be withdrawn without notice. The operator accepts no liability to anyone, as no service is offered to anyone.

Any change to these terms is published on this page with a new date above.
